Effective Date: 9th July, 2025

By booking DJ Brightstar for your event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any engagement.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via the official booking form, email, or WhatsApp communication.
  • A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from DJ Bright Star’s team and the applicable deposit.

2. Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking date.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible to reschedule without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

4. Event Requirements

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, setup time, and performance duration.
  • Adequate and secure space for performance must be provided.
  • If sound and lighting equipment are not provided by the client, arrangements must be discussed in advance.

5. DJ Performance Policy

  • DJ Brightstar reserves the right to refuse to perform in unsafe or disrespectful environments.
  • Any change in the event location or schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Requests for specific songs or genres are welcome but are subject to professional discretion.

6. Liability

  • DJ Brightstar is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or losses incurred during the event unless directly caused by gross negligence.
  • Clients are advised to take necessary precautions for safety, including security and crowd control.

7. Media & Promotion

  • DJ Brightstar reserves the right to take photos or short clips during events for promotional use, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Force Majeure

  • DJ Brightstar shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
